Ash Squire
As well as being the Head Coach and Centre Manager at Activate Cricket Centre, Ash is an accomplished cricketing coach. He has completed his Level 2 certificate and has been coaching developing players for the past four years. Specialising in leg spin bowling and batting coaching, Ash can design a development program to get the best out of any developing player.
John Hurley
John has been coaching professionally since 1980. He coaches at the Activate Clinics and has a large group of athletes he works with in one-on-one sessions at the centre. Formerly a school teacher, John is interested in promoting personal development through his coaching.
Jeff Warland
Jeff Warland oversees the Junior Training Squads at the centre, providing an infectious ethusiasm for the game. All his programs have a coaching emphasis on learning the basics and having fun. Jeff has a wealth of experience in teaching young players (ages 5-12) the basics of the game.
Alan Campbell
Alan Campbell has been at the
cutting edge of High Performance Coaching and Management for over 20 years. As
such he has strategically identified, monitored and managed the pathway of some
of the world’s best cricketers. Brett Lee, Michael Clarke, Brad Haddin, Nathan
Bracken, Phillip Hughes, Michael Slater, David Warner and Steve Smith are but a
few.
He is an elite coach with proven
success at First Class level. He was a NSW State squad and 2nd team
wicketkeeper for over a decade. Additionally he was a NSW
selector and Manager for 13 years (5 years as Chairman). Alan’s HP Model, the undisputed
leader in Australian cricket, is now recognised internationally and as such his
skills are sought throughout the world. His IPL appointment as HP Manager with the Kings XI Punjab is
testament to this. His qualifications, experience
and skills will undoubtedly lead to success on and off the field.
